Hand-bound creative self-care workbook with 16 pages of my original illustrations to color, along with prompts for writing and doodling. I personally have found this art book centering and positive for my autistic meltdowns, PMS, insomnia, or even when I’m feeling great and wanna relax. If you’re looking to loosen up I recommend watercolor or chalk pastels because they fill wide spaces easily and are a little unpredictable so you have to go with the flow. I love nostalgic crayons too. I use a sturdy cardstock bound with multicolored embroidery thread for a spine that opens extra flat and travels well.
